Returns

Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, you can exchange the unused candle with another of the same size and price if you don’t like the scent or we can refund or exchange the product if it was damaged during shipping (photographic proof needed). If your candle seems to “not work” properly, please see our Candle Care page. Returns are handled by the client and have to be made within 14 days from the date when you received the order. The full price of the product, minus the cost of shipping, will be reimbursed using the method of payment originally used by the customer.

Delivery Options

In Timis county – 15 lei (1-2 working days after order confirmation)

In Timisoara – local pick-up available Thursday(10h-20h) at MYAH Fabric, in Piata Traian nr.5

In Romania – 20 lei (2-3 working days after order confirmation)
National deliveries are provided through courier services
Free Shipping on orders over 300 lei.

European Union – shipping rate is calculated during checkout

Rest of the world – currently we do not offer shipping options outside European Union
